Moreover, in order to offer successful implementation solutions, TriNmax stands out in the review and development of processes related to asset management, such as: maintenance; lifecycle; inventory management; procurement; client services; and, IT support (ITIL).

TriNmax is also certified and reseller as an IBM Value-Added Partner (VAP) and Value-Added Partner for Government (VAP for GOV.) We are authorized to contract / sub-contract with a public entity issued by the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF).

Jean-François Désilets, President

Jean-François is an accomplished leader with a record of outstanding achievements in the competitive field of Information Technology (IT), specifically, as a service provider of the IBM Maximo solution. He is result-oriented and demonstrates business strategies focused on customer satisfaction.

From 1988 to 1996, he studied environmental design, building architecture, industrial maintenance management, project management, administration and human resources.

Jean-François has more than twenty (20) years of experience in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) industry, which has catalyzed a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the market. During his career, Jean-François covered all areas of the field as a consultant, sales advisor, support manager, employee development and performance manager, best business practice application, IBM Maximo architect, trainer and implementation coach for EAM solutions and IT services.

Passionate and dedicated, Jean-François accompanies the TriNmax team to excel and directs his resources to obtain a sense of accomplishment based on customer satisfaction. This drive has allowed TriNmax to achieve, year after year, all its objectives as well as a remarkable growth.
