REQUIRED PROFILE

TriNmax is looking for a shrewd and resourceful individual to support the Director of Administration and Marketing in her duties. Your main responsibilities will be to assist in the day-to-day operations of the business in the following areas:

ADMINISTRATION – Planning and coordination of meetings, telephone / reception, mail / email, contact / database update

FINANCE – Accounting time sheets / expenses, customer billing

HUMAN RESOURCES – Various needs of employees, internal communications, consultant’s CV

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION – External communications, partner relations, web content update, social media monitoring and posts, event coordination

SALES – Presentations, opportunity management, coordination of tenders

 

QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational and time management skills
Comprehension of the (complex) computer consulting industry
Strong writing ability
Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

 

ASSETS

Basic computer graphics skills
Knowledge of WordPress
