The process begins with an initial meeting where our project manager, together with the delivery team, defines the project structure, clarifies roles via a RACI diagram, and discusses communications, deliverables and timelines. An executive training session introduces key stakeholders to Maximo, paving the way for targeted workshops to validate and finalize the business process mapping.

A complete project charter is then drawn up, detailing deliverables, team, schedule and KPIs. This charter serves as a reference throughout the project.

Following approval of the charter, project execution follows an iterative methodology aligned with AGILES principles, favouring continuous learning and validation. Installation of the system environment precedes a series of workshops, training, specifications, configurations, data import and intensive testing to ensure the quality of the solution before final approval and integration into the financial system.

Each phase is designed to ensure that Maximo Application Suite is perfectly adapted and integrated, enabling the achievement of strategic business objectives.
